Customers can decide what inspection services they trust, and then send their children to those schools using the trusted inspection services. The same should hold for restaurants. The city health dept could then cut their staff. I should have the choice of going to restaurants that are:<BR/>1. Not inspected<BR/>2. Inspected by private agency XYZ<BR/>3.
