Crisis time ALEC members! Sean Cranley knows too much.
Now is the time to implement phase two before Sean can derail our plans. All members of the super secret Disposal of Troublesome Opposition Command meet at the black helicopter landing pad for further instructions. And is Koch ready with the genetically modified submission agent for the water supply?
It's go time guys. Corputopia is just around the corner. But first we must stop Sean Cranley!

Ol' Sean is clanging the cowbell alarm as loud as he can. Is anyone listening? Didn't think so. Heh.
Sean states ALEC "draft laws in their self-interest to rule you from your statehouse." Excuse me, but doesn't the AFL-CIO, AFSCME, Teacher's Unions, etc, etc do the exact same thing? Sean, the answer to that question is yes. Can't wait to hear your harsh editorials calling them out on that.
Dude is several fries short of a happy meal.
Remember not so long ago when Kranz Prez and Dem Insider Jeff Neubauer drafted legislation to make schools use green cleaning products made by Kranz and had his puppet Cory Mason introduce it?
Yeah, neither does Sean.
@Real Debate. Can't help thinking AFL-CIO, AFSCME, WEAC and a few others helped Mason draft that law MANDATING WI schools teach labor history. Wasn't Sean and Cory all about "local control?" WTF? Another senior moment for Sean, I guess.
There are of course some superficial similarities between ALEC and the examples you've cited. But when one considers the depth and breadth of the ALEC agenda, it's national reach, the far away source of its power and its lack of local presence, the comparisons break down badly.
The big difference is, I don't mind you bringing up your examples. In fact I was unaware of the whole Kranz thing until Fred brought it up on his (so very slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww) blog, which prompted me to look into the matter.
You all on the other hand apparently so resent my bringing the ALEC connections to light, that you hurl silly insults at me, that only reflect badly on you.
Have any of you even taken a few minutes to look into the information on ALEC that I provided a link for? I can pretty much guarantee that the answer is no. If you do, perhaps you can specifically discuss some fact or opinion you take issue with.
If you want to be serfs ruled by the vassal Robbin on behalf of his fuedal lords at fALEC, that's your business. That you don't want to even know about it and object to being confronted by inconvenient information, well that's your pitiful foolhardiness.
Trying to bring informed consent to dolts. A pox upon me for a lout!
