Health Slaves?

Senator Reid has compared opponents of the health care overhall to those who opposed ending slavery.

So which brings us closer to slavery, the freedom to buy health insurance or not, or laws that force us to buy insurance whether we want it or not?

Denis, I'm guessing your question is rhetorical?

Harry Reid's just engaging in typical liberal tactics - demonize the opponent when public opinion is slip sliding away.

Isn't a major component of slavery that the slaves have to participate in something that the masters do not, all the while being told by the masters that they should be thankful?
