Coming Clean

I have a confession, of sorts, to make. My son, age 13, has discovered the joys of anonymous blogging. He was active on a recent post concerning climate change, claiming that Florida will be under water soon and that the clown fish will soon be extinct etc...

Yes I was aware of his antics and I even begrudgingly gave permission. Sorry Sam, Nemo, UP. I will discourage, but not forbid, anonymous postings by my son.

But there was some value there IMHO insofar as it demonstrates just how easy it is to parrot liberal positions.

Doesn't your son go to Prairie? I thought that kids were only indoctrinated by all the damn liberals in the public schools.

Michael, my son does go to Prairie. FYI, my son was pretending to be a liberal. Indoctrination can happen anywhere MG. It is best to always be careful.

Bravo to your son, I just reviewed my comments to see if i was inappropriate. Whew! I wasn't! Nice job that was inzane! I was sure it was one of those Green (aka Commie Red) Schoolers. Haven't updated their data in 5 years.
Is the Clownfish an inside joke BTW?

I don't know where he got the clownfish idea UP. Thanks for being a good sport.

I just figured it out "Finding Nemo", Clownfish. Way to Go Jr. Funny!

Denis, I enjoyed the exchange. I was a bit confused by the Clownfish thing, but I think UP has it right.

I had a niece that was a global warming acolyte for a while. Subtle arguments combined with gross amounts of snow to be cleared from their driveway and a lowered thermostat (to save money) has changed her view 180 degrees.

Yes UP and Nemo, you are correct. Zane (my son) was talking about the clownfish because Nemo (in the movie) is a clownfish. I didn't watch the movie carefully if at all so I missed that joke. But now that the joke has been explained to me I think it is kind of funny.
