The Journal Times has a story today concerning an alleged fight outside a downtown bar. The owner of the bar claims that there was not a fight while sworn officers claim otherwise.
Perhaps it was urban kinetic activity.

sworn officers never lie, of course they don't, ever.
thats right anon, we should willfully and blindly accept every word that comes out of a sworn government employee.
apparently Racine cops don't drink and drive either, because its against the law.
Keith Fair should know all about how the Police operate. He was a police officer in Kenosha until they fired him for "poor job performance and poor attitude".
Of course, that was 30 years ago and things do change.
