RUSD Radicals

If you want to get our local public school kids riled up enough to write a letter the the JT, all you need to do is challenge liberal orthodoxy on environmental issues, school funding, the gay activist agenda, or on illegal immigration. The most politically active children in our local public schools are embracing a radically leftist political agenda. Is this just coincidence or is this the result of the "education" that they are receiving?

Have you ever thought about it the other way around, Denis? Maybe you were the one brainwashed at Prairie whereas kids in public schools can actually think for themselves.

Well anon, if public school kids are thinking for themselves, how do you explain that the politically active among them all end up embracing far left politics? Re my education at Prairie, I was not paying attention enough to have been brainwashed. But I think they played it straight to the best of my recollection. My college education had a leftist bent and their was no hiding the leftist teachings when I got a masters in social work. So my formal education resulted in my being a lefty. When I started to question some of those assumptions, ie, when I started to think for myself, I realized my mistake.

So if I have been brainwashed, it has been self inflicted.

Are we so brainwashed that we think that the school board went out at lunchtime and bought that "A New Beginning" banner? I'm sure they sell those off-the-rack at some union-acceptable store.

Meet the new boss - just the same as the old boss.

Is your name really Joseph McCarthy?

You are a one trick pony.

A Prairie elitist!

No wonder Navratil is like he is.

If you truly want to discuss power of the right in the US, it isn't a few students, lets talk about your buddy Richard Posner from the U of Chicage, whom conflates the judiciary with market economics, as if law originates in the capitalistic market model of economics.

You don't just want to rule and own the world, you want the starving and poor to say how good you all are.

Here is a good link from a man that gives the 'unvarnished' description of the world...harsh language for evil deeds...

anon, can't you consolidate four pointless comments into one pointless comment?

Your blog needs posts...

Pointless to an ideologue who knows everything about everything.

Must be nice to be omnipotent.

Denis Navratil said...

That's better anon.

Better to be called omnipotent, than to be intellectually impotent.

Actually Mr. Vocabulary, someone who knows all would be omniscient, not omnipotent.
