Government Sniffing Around
Regular readers of Free Racine know that I think government gets its nose in places where it doesn't belong. But this one takes the cake. I didn't read the full article in today's Milwaukee Journal, the headline was enough. The headline read: Source of fecal matter studied.

I know the source of fecal matter. Itcomes from the same place the Racine Journal Times editorial board keeps there heads.
An improved milorganite on the way?
milorganite? The word is not in my dictionary. Help.
Milorganite is the stuff gardeners use in gardens, essentially a fertilizer/soil conditioner.
you also need to know its made in Wisconsin, from ... fecal matter
